How does it work?
The Tunstall Gem5 is worn on the wrist and allows the user to generate an alarm call when they are out of home by pressing the SOS button, which connects the device to Tunstall’s 24/7 Customer Care Centre.
An alarm call is triggered after pressing the SOS button for approximately 3 seconds, after which time the user will hear a voice prompt confirming the activation. In case of false alarm, or if ending a call, the user can press the SOS button again to cancel the call.

If you prefer to install the base alarm unit yourself, or have a loved one/caretaker assist you with this, we only charge a $19.90 shipping & handling fee to ensure your device is safely delivered via registered post.
Once you’ve purchased your alarm unit, the only ongoing cost is the cost of keeping your monitoring service active:
