Lyn Davies, MAICD
Managing Director of Tunstall Healthcare Australasia
Lyn was appointed as Managing Director of Tunstall Healthcare for Asia Pacific in 2011. Tunstall Healthcare is a world-leading provider of Connected Care and Connected Health solutions. Tunstall operates in 18 countries around the world, with 235 Monitoring Centres supporting over 5 million people. Their products and solutions play a key role in helping older people, and those with long-term health needs, to live safely and independently in a place of their choice.
Lyn joined Tunstall in 2004 with 20 years’ of experience in 24/7 operations and service delivery across the public and private sectors. Prior to working for Tunstall she held leadership positions for the Qld Mater Hospitals and for CITEC, the information technology division for the State of Queensland.
Lyn is a strong advocate for consumers and industry and an active member and director on key industry groups.
Lyn is a Director and Deputy Chair of the Personal Emergency Response Service Limited (PERSL). Personal Emergency Response Services Limited (PERSL) is a self-governing body that represents manufacturers, service providers, and consumers of Personal Emergency Response Systems.
Trent Gifford
Commercial Director
Trent Gifford is Tunstall’s Commercial Director for the APAC region. Trent is an experienced commercial and operations executive with over 20 years of leadership experience across a wide variety of industries.
He currently leads the Clinical, Sales, Account Management, Marketing and Events business units within Tunstall APAC and is focused on ensuring that all of Tunstall’s client groups across the Asia Pacific region realise value across all of Tunstall’s products and services. This customer focus extends to providers, community groups, carer networks and the families & friends of those that rely on the Tunstall service.
Jamie Gibson
Financial Director
Jamie Gibson is Tunstall’s Finance Director for the APAC region, having joined as Finance Manager in 2012. Jamie is an experienced accounting, finance, risk management executive with over 15 years of finance and analytical experience across a wide variety of industries including healthcare, telecommunications and professional services. He oversees the Finance, Logistics and Risk functions of the business.
In this position, Jamie is responsible for the overall financial strategy and direction for Tunstall APAC, is a key member of the Tunstall global Finance Leadership Team, and is a key member of the APAC Executive Team; providing the executive team with timely and accurate financial statements, ongoing cash flow projections, oversight over accounting and finance operations, as well as design and maintenance of the financial reporting structures.
Hayley Fielding
Head of People and Culture
Hayley Fielding is Head of People and Culture for Tunstall’s APAC region, having joined the Executive Team in 2021.
With over 14 years of People and Culture experience, Hayley provides Tunstall with a wealth of Human Resources, Employee Relations and Leadership expertise and knowledge across varied industries, including Healthcare and Disability Services.
In this important role for Tunstall, Hayley drives change, engagement, safety and development for our teams in Australia and New Zealand.
